Blogiversary Giveaway

Has it really been 3 years? Well, 3 years and 2 months since it took me FOH-EVA to put this giveaway together. When I first started my blog 3 years ago, I basically felt like I was posting and sending it out into the void. I could count on one hand the number of people who read my blog on a regular basis, but I was fine with it because I was posting for me–as a creative and emotional outlet. Along the way I have met some wonderful women who have become life-long friends. I have also gotten the opportunity to work with some amazing brands, and I’m just excited to see what 2015 will bring to my little blog. OPI and China Glaze are the two brands that basically started my obsession back in the day, so I am very excited to have some amazing prizes for you due to their generosity.

  1. What would I like to see more of? Maybe some tips for us nail challeneged? Your nails always look amazing. I am lucky if I can make just a single polish look good, heck I am lucky if I can get my nails to grow out and not break!!

  2. I’ve enjoyed your blog over the years! Love seeing you experiment with various forms of nail art and different techniques.

  3. Happy Bloginaversary!
    Congratulations!
I would love to see more Beauty tips for short nails like mine, how to make them stronger…
    Fingers crossed!

  4. I love posts about dupes for the newer polishes and collections, they really help me decide if I need something new or if it is similar to something I already have. Thanks!

  5. Ugh, my entire comment didn’t post. Anyways, your blog is the ONLY blog that I read regularly! As far as what I’d like to see more of from you, I’d love more stamping! I look forward to every Saturday! Congrats again!

  6. I love your website! You always have amazing swatch photos, and I often wait for your swatches before deciding what to spend my money on.

I’d like to see you throw in some older colors to help me “shop my stash”. I always like the stamping Saturdays because you use colors I might already have, and it reminds me to dig then out.

  7. I love those fan manicure colors ._. Especially Turn it Up! They’re so pretty!

As for what I would like to see, I love your stamping saturday posts, so I want to continue seeing more of those! Maybe some reviews of different stamping plates and polishes 🙂

  8. Tee, hee! I Agree with Siobhan on seeing more of me winning on the giveaways. 🙂
I’m enjoying your blog. Highlights for me are dupe comparisons, stamping, and tips/details on how you create great nail art looks. Congrats!

  9. I’d personally love tips on how to keep nail polish from chipping and how to keep your nails healthy and in awesome shape. Mine are dry and flake and chip and I can’t grow them no matter what I do. And the nail polish consistently chips. I’d also love nail art tutorials. I’m not as creative as I used to be. Thanks so much and congrats on 3 years!

  10. Would love to see tutorials on water marbling! Your instagram pictures of them are amazing.

Would also like to see your nailcare routine and maybe favorite topcoats too:)

  11. This is an awesome giveaway!! Thanks! I would like to see more of your nail care and cuticle routine, I’m always in search of how people take care of their nails and cuticles, so that would be interesting for me.

    Thanks!

  12. Hi, I just wanted to let you know that I made a mistake on my entry above. I typed in my BlogLovin name instead of my twitter handle even though I’m following you on both. I can’t undo it so I just wanted you to know. My twitter handle should be @nemixtli and my BlogLovin name is correct. Sorry for the confusion!!

  13. Congrats on 3 yrs! I would like to see more of what tools to use for nail art-like striping brushes. Also, how do you get polish so perfect around your cuticles? I enjoy when your nails are short & square too.

  14. LOL at Siobhan.
I knew your giveaway was up because I’ve seen it on social media, yet I still started getting teary reading this. Is that weird? Hahaha.
Congratulations on your anniversary and thanks for the awesome sauce giveaway! Love you! *kissy face*
Oh, and what do I want to see? Um…nothing else, because you already enable me enough, lmao. OK, OK, umm…maybe a tutorial here and there…like if you feel like it/have time, haha.

  15. Your blog is the first nail blog that got me started on the obsession I now have! I love to see tips and tricks about how to do things.

  16. Congratulations to your 3 blog birthday, many thanks for all your posts and interesting reviews 🙂 What I want to see more? Maybe interesting ideas of nail designs!

  17. Happy Anniversary! Maybe some posts on your nail care routine; your cuticles are always in great shape. Also any polish clean up tips you may have because your application is flawless.

  18. in the year I’ve been reading your blog now I’ve really enjoyed seeing new polish collections, your swatches are always so perfect! The informal writing as if to a group of friends is great – if anything I’d like to see more simple nail art design ideas for those of us less skilled, plus I seemingly have zero time these days!

  19. Great giveaway. Happy anniversary! I love your stamping tutorial. Would love to see more swatches of collection

  20. Happy Anniversary! I would love to see more nail art and tutorials. Also, I loved comparison products post.

    Thanks!

  21. More nail art from you. I know you have it in you! Also maybe a redesign of your blog? But I know you already have that in plan!

  22. I would love to see posts about nailpolishes or products that dissapointed you, or just didn’t work at all. Then that gives the rest of us a heads up! Haha 🙂
    Congratulations on your blogiversary!

  23. Honestly love how things are on here! 🙂 But maybe stamping tutorials for beginners, or any tutorials for that matter. And posts of your favorite top/base coats, files, stampers, stamping polishes or polishes good for stamping, tools or so on, and even if you did, maybe updated versions? 🙂 Thanks for the chance!

  24. I LOVE nail art and tutorials on how to recreate it!!! A lot of times I see a mani that I just think is awesome, but it’s a bummer when I can’t find a way to try to do it myself! I also appreciate the swatching from bloggers….it helps to see the polish on a actual person’s nails. It’s not that I don’t believe the companies, it’s just that some colors look different in real life rather than the company’s website!

  25. I would like to see more videos, not whole video reveals or reviews, just short vine size videos of sparkly polishes or other polishes that look better in motion.

  26. Hello & Congratulations!! Your swatches are the best. I love that you always have the newest collections. I might like to see more of “easy” nail art with glitter and decorations. That would be fun. Thank-you for this generous chance. 🙂

  27. I would like to see more of drug store brands! I love high end brands like OPI, China Glaze, and Orly, but drug store brands have been competing and putting out amazing collections as well. Excited for swatches!

  28. I’d love to see more tutorials and tips for nail art (and for nail painting in general since I could always stand to improve).

  29. You know what I don’t see very often on nail polish sites? A post about favorites or basics! Like, what are the nail polishes you hold on to over time? What do you think makes a good starting collection for nail art?
I know there are kits and things, but do you think that they make a good start for someone just starting to try out nail art?

  30. I’m obsessed with your blog, so honestly anything you post is an excitement to me :’) How about.. ugh this is too hard! I feel like you already have the perfect balance in post types! Just keep doing you, how about that? 😉

  31. Dear Cynthia,
congrats on this wonderful milestone. I love it when bloggers keep on being motivated to handle 3 years straight and more. Here’s to the next exciting blogging years to come!
I think as i’m just starting my stamping experience, i’d love to see some posts on that topic. Something like {Stamping for beginners} – how to and what not to do. 🙂
    Thanks,
    xo, Luchessa.

  32. Tips (or products) to help keep your nails looking good. My nail varnish always looks chipped within hours.

  33. Maybe random small daily facts here and there like , when water marbleing, have water at room temp, or bottled water. Or have a section where you have a tip if the day from a follower, and is it a good tip, a wives take, waste of time, fabulous tip. Where we can all chime in . Hope I don’t sound Waco.

  34. I accidentally stopped exactly at Shelby (Shelby Lou Nails) comment, and I agree with her. I love you and your blog exactly as you are, so I just want you to not stop posting! Any breaks are fine, obviously, but I’m here to stay no matter what,

  35. Time flies! Congrats! I hope this blog will last as long as our nail polish obession, and I mean forever! Amazing giveaway, of course.

  36. I would love to see more tutorials (step-by-step) and tips on how to keep a polish long lasting, as well as tips on keeping my natural nails healthy!

  37. I’d like to see more Color Club. I love Color Club and I feel like swatchers don’t give them as much attention as I would like. Also I love comparisons. Thank you!

  38. Happy Blogiversary!

I love your reviews! Tutorials on your stamping style, color choices, polishing and
    cleanup practices would be great.

  39. I would love to see comparisons within a brand. Since i am an opi fan, i would love to see opi compared to other opis to choose what i ned to buy and what i definitely don’t. 🙂
