How you doin’? Yes, I said that in my best Joey Tribbiani voice sans the pervert tone. I’m not up to much, just working and living, living and working. I am gearing up to starting my gym stuff. I know that I’ve been saying this forever but now that it’s been a couple of weeks since my mom’s surgery, she is doing a bit better and now I don’t have to be worrying about her needs 24/7. This weekend I’m going to purchase a few sets of workout clothes, and I’ll see if I need more once I get going. Today I have a beautiful and vampy shade to share with you. I have always been a fan of dark and saturated colors so it’s no wonder I like this one. Le me show you some swatches of Sally Hansen Miracle Gel V-Amplified.
Sally Hansen Miracle Gel V-Amplified
This is two wonderfully creamy coats of polish. It was very easy to apply and was almost a one-coater. Now, because I’ve been itching to do another drip marble, I used another Sally Hansen polish to do the drip marble: Sally Hansen Miracle Gel in Creme de la Creme which is a very opaque pink tinted white. It’s a delicate polish and I figured it would contrast well with V-Amplified. This time around, I did my drip marble on a silicone mat and it basically slid off when I went to remove it. The only thing is that it didn’t spread as easily when I used a harder plastic surface. I only did an accent nail using the drip marble so let me show you how it turned out.
Nice, eh? I am happy to say that the decal application was a bit easier the second time around. I hope that with enough practice, these will become a piece of cake. Thanks so much for stopping by today, and I will talk to you soon.
