It’s Sunday! Which song do you like better?

Both are awesome in my opinion but I think I feel more like Maroon 5 today. I wore the following color for two days. Yes, you read correctly: two days! I did change it up a bit today because I was bored.
I am sure that if you’ve been following my blog for any amount of time, you know I love nails inc. I really think that they make the best cremes around. That being my favorite finish, I can’t help but adore them and hoard them whenever I can. Porchester Square is such a nice and neutral color. It’s a grey with some pink and it almost looks a bit lavender in certain lights. I love how shiny and creamy this color is and the formula was fantastic.
No, you’re not on the wrong blog. This really is glitter. I bought a bunch of tiny Essence polishes at Ulta a while back but hadn’t used them yet. I pulled out this glitter to try out and was happy with the subtle look I achieved. I ended up using a mattifying top coat as well. I much prefer matte glitters IF I am going to wear glitter at all.
So how has your weekend been? I hope you enjoyed it and that you’re in a good frame of mind to start a new week. Every day is a new chance to start over. At least that’s what I keep telling myself……………..

I had my bro in laws bday downtown last night which was fun. And then today I spent the whole day prepping for work. Im doing this summer park program and I spent the day getting projects together and putting each one in a gallon bag w labels on it about what other supplies we need to do this project and blah blah blah. I'm excessively organized at work so taking the time to do that today was really nice. Took all damn day tho. Oh well- I'll be happy about it this week. 🙂
I think I do need to come out of the glitter closet. lol
That's so cool that you had family stuff that was fun. 🙂 But poo on all the work stuff on the weekend. Well, I know I feel like I've really accomplished something when I get organized like that so it's worth in the end.

I have a bunch of untrieds too that I bought recently. I just love nails inc.
I hate how essence bottles are so friggin' small. How are the brushes on them? I see them at the drug store but I always pass on them.

You know, I've only tried this glitter but I bought 3 others that I haven't tried. The brushes seem ok but I'll have to wait until I use the non-glitter colors to give a full review. I don't know what's up with them being so tiny but I like $1 price tag. lol Essence is a German brand, right? I've seen a lot of other bottle pics and they're not like the anemic bottles we get in North America.

I like this color on you. I have three Nails Inc. cremes (the ones that came in the flaky topcoat sets) and they are phenomenal. I also like the glitter on top of it.
Weekend…not great, as you know, but not too bad! Friday night was pretty much miserable. Saturday I did laundry and some job stuff and finished Season 3 of Breaking Bad. Sunday I visited my mom, had lunch with my laid-off friend, did more job stuff, and went grocery shopping. My car also decided to act up, which I totally need on a majorly reduced income :/ I'll find out about that later…

Omg….I need to get back into Breaking Bad. I love Bryan Cranston ever since he was on Malcolm In The Middle–which is one of my favorite shows ever. It's on Netflix so I'll have to catch up.

My brother got me into Breaking Bad. I actually bought him the season I just finished for Christmas and I was like good gift, Lesley, haha!

That is a good gift!! The only tv shows I have on dvd are Grey's Anatomy (don't judge), Friends, Sex and The City, Roseanne and In Living Color.
