Finally Friday is here! I have been looking forward to this day all week because I am going to VEG out this weekend…well, as much as I can while taking care of a parent recuperating from surgery. I still plan to do some blog stuff because it is something that keeps me distracted and helps me relax. I was talking to my friends about how sometimes it feels weird blogging and talking about nail stuff while going through a lot of hardcore stuff in real life, but I will feel forever grateful to have found this outlet. Today I have yet another awesome release to share with you. I am new to Lollipop Posse Lacquer and I was super excited to try them out. I have quite a few pretties to share with you including the Lollipop Posse Lacquer The Sylvia Plath Quad , the May Tarot Shades and two Color4Nails exclusives. Let’s dive right in!
Lollipop Posse Lacquer What A Million Filaments
What a Million Filaments is an electric purple linear holographic polish that suspends green/blue/purple color shifting micro glitters and blue iridescent flakes.
Lollipop Posse Lacquer The Big Strip Tease
The Big Strip Tease is a saturated lavender crelly that contains yellow/red shifting chameleon pigment, blue/gold micro flakies, and scattered holographic micro glitters.
Lollipop Posse Lacquer For The Hearing Of My Heart
For the Hearing of My Heart is a grape crelly base packed with scattered holographic micro glitters that flash blue and red/orange/purple shifting ultra chameleon chrome flakes.
Lollipop Posse Lacquer Out Of The Ash
Out of the Ash is a vampy, scattered holographic purple base with a gorgeous blue flash and neon purple micro flakies.
The Sylvia Plath Quad is so carefully thought out and interpreted that I am genuinely impressed. I liked all of the polishes in this small collection; the only one that wasn’t necessarily my cup of tea is For The Hearing Of My Heart because of the crelly formula and how it allows for VNL. It took three coats to build it up and I had to go in very thinly and allow each coat to dry to avoid creating bald patches. The other three shades had my preferred formula where I could go in with two coats and get fully opaque results. The Big Strip Tease is my absolute favorite because that base color just calls out to me.
Next up, I have the May release of the Year Of Tartot Shades. Hold on to your acetone bottles ladies…
Lollipop Posse Lacquer The High Priestess
The High Priestess is a vivid, cobalt-blue crelly base with bright red/pink Aurora shimmer and scattered holographic pigment.
Lollipop Posse Lacquer Temperance
Temperance is a greige base with a faint violet cast. She contains red/gold/green shifting Aurora pigment and red/green/gold shifting iridescent glitter in various sizes.
I don’t know what to say about the two Year Of Tarot shades because I am in awe. In absolute awe. The High Priestess is such a rich and saturated shade and that shimmer is just so beautiful. All I needed for full opacity was two coats. Temperance is stunning as well. I thought I would need many many coats to get an opaque result, but I got there with three thin coats. You can still see some very slight VNL but in this cause I don’t even care! That’s how much I love this shade.
And last but certainly not least, I have the 2 Color4Nails Exclusives that use Gorillaz’s song “Feel Good, Inc.” as an inspiration point: “Love forever / Love is free / Let’s turn forever / You and me.”
Lollipop Posse Lacquer Love Forever
Love Forever has a shimmery, periwinkle blue base that shifts to purple and contains scattered holographic pigment.
Lollipop Posse Lacquer Love Is Free
Love is Free has a vibrant pink base with shimmer that shifts to purple and contains scattered holographic pigment.
The launch for all of these polishes on Color4Nails was 5/17/18 which means that all of these are available on their site now! The prices will vary: the 2 Color4Nails exclusive will retail for $12 each, the May Tarot Shades are $13 each and the Sylvia Plath Anniversary Quad ranges from $11-$13 depending on the shade. I’ve got to admit that as a first time user of this brand, I am not only impressed by the quality, but by the well curated and thought out polishes. This is just the beginning of a beautiful polish love story for me! What shades are you interested in? Will you be picking any of these up? Thanks so much for stopping by today, and I will talk to you soon.

Temperance is the only one really calling my name but it is yelling it! ? I am grateful to have blogging as an outlet as well, sometimes it’s just so cathartic to sit and swatch and write up a post.

Temperance is calling my name, too. I think I’ve scrolled back to stare at it twice already.

I’m really drawn into The Big Strip Tease, mostly because I’m a sucker for purple. Temperance is also gorgeous, but I prefer purple.
The high priestess….. soooo beautiful!
A weird sound escaped me when I saw Temperance!
All of these are pretty!
Lollipop Lacquer always does purples so well! So beautiful!

It’s really hard to pick a favorite because they are all beautiful, but Temperance and Heart are neck and neck for me.
