I’m still feeling like grade-A garbage today so I’m going to have to make this quick and simple. As a blogger, I really have to find ways to take care of my hands since I’m constantly photographing my hands and nail in macro mode.  One of the products that has become a staple is a good scrub. To debut in Indie Pick Up. I’m showing you KBShimmer Raspberry Beret Sugar Scrub today. Let’s take a look at the details below.

I am extremely picky with scents and this one is absolutely delicious. It’s an ode to Prince’s song Raspberry Beret and it does not disappoint. It’s juicy, sweet and tart all at once.  I like to use a sugar scrub every time I am getting ready to swatch and usually use it 2-3 times a week depending how dry my skin is. I feel that it exfoliates thoroughly and also moisturizes. The scent lingers but is not overwhelming at all.  This scrub is meant to work well with water so I wet my hands, scoop up a small amount and rub it all over my hands in a circular motion.  It’s such a treat to use a product like this to pamper yourself.

Indie Pickup is a monthly shop that allows you to purchase from a variety of makers for a flat $3 shipping rate. The theme/inspiration is chosen a month in advance and makers will give previews of their creations in the Polish/Indie Pickup Pack Facebook group, so don’t forget to join. The shop is open every first Friday-Monday of the month and then the site is closed while orders are filled/shipped. Be aware that shipping can take about 3 weeks so be patient.
