Hey all! I have a bunch of swatches of polishes that I never got around to posting about because life sometimes just ruins all your plans. Amirite? I’ve been blogging since 2011, and I am ashamed to admit that this is the first time I have purchased a Girly Bits polish. I know…it’s unforgivable! Pam is such a classy lady and such a beloved maker in our community so this is long overdue. As usual, now I want eerrrything she comes out with so I need to calm down and realize I don’t have unlimited funds. I picked up Girly Bits And Gaia Wept during PPU Rewind month which was in July, and I’m super glad I pulled the trigger because this polish is stunning. Let’s take a look at my swatches below.

I have a huge confession: I have never watched A Nightmare Before Christmas. I know, I know! I don’t really have an excuse and I have always meant to watch it, but I always end up putting it off. Prism Polish UK Re-releases – Color4Nails
Any time that I swatch polishes from the Prism Polish UK line, I always ask myself how Suzie comes up with such gorgeous creations. I know that no matter what I try out, the formula will be fantastic and the inspiration will always be fun. KBShimmer All The Fall Things Collection
Hi everyone! I’ve been out of the nail game lately because I came down with a nasty cold that made me super nervous. Is there anything such as a simple cold this day and age? I immediately feared that it could be COVID so I ended up talking to my doctor about it. I was tested and it came out negative, but it has been weeks that I have been feeling under the weather. I was definitely relieved that I got a negative reading, but it reminded me that we have to be very careful and protect ourselves. KBShimmer Moumantai – PPU October 2020
Excuse me, weekend…where did you go? I have to admit that the last few weeks have gone by in a blur because I am ridiculously busy at work. I love being busy, but it has also been a bit overwhelming. The good thing is that I have great colleagues to collaborate with so I know eventually things will fall into place. This week is also my birthday week! I’m turning 41 on the 22nd and it feels a little weird. I almost feel like 41 feels more real than 40–does that even make sense? I had to make an effort to swatch this weekend because I had so much to do and I hope that I can catch up this following weekend. Coming off the long weekend felt really nice. I have a lot of stuff going on at work right now which is both exciting and exhausting. Prism Polish UK Bogus Adventure Collection
Hey! How’s the scorching heat treating you? I have just about had it with this ridiculous heat wave and hope that we get back down to some reasonable temperatures. I think that the thing I worry most about when we have this type of weather is not so much about how uncomfortable it is, but more about the potential for increased wild fires. It’s absolutely devastating to see people go through it every year and I hope that for the sake of the wild fire potential, we start to cool off some. I can’t believe it’s September already. As I continue to navigate working on my health, weight loss, pandemic anxiety and all that other stuff that has us down, I have been playing with polish so much. KBShimmer Light My Fire – PPU September 2020
Day two of my lead up to PPU posts and I have some amazingness to show you. Ok, so if you’ve followed my blog for a while, you know how much I love KBShimmer so this month is no different. Not only did we get a stunning and fiery polish but we also got possibly the most amazing sugar scrub they have ever put out. I am not kidding here people…like I will buy a back up.
