I sure love rain, but I don’t like some of the problems that come with these storms. It has been raining on and off since Saturday and we keep getting flood warnings. I am going to say what everyone says: Californians don’t know how to drive in the rain. It is pretty ridiculous but I guess this is what happens when you have gorgeous weather 90% of the year. Anywho, since it was raining, I ended up doing some swatches of the Zoya Innocence Collection which arrived early. Let’s take a look at my swatches below.
Zoya Agnes
Zoya Birch
Zoya Evette
Zoya Aire
Zoya Fern
Zoya Theo
Oh Theo, Theo, Theo…you’re so NOT pretty. There isn’t much to say about this shade…just look at my swatches. Enough said. As for the other 5 shades, they are awfully pretty but not exactly unique. Fern has such a beautiful shimmer but it is kind of hard to capture or see unless the light hits your nails just so. Agnes is such a pretty neutral that I think I will get a lot of use out of. Personally, I think that Aire is my favorite shade from this collection because I pretty much live for periwinkle shades. The formula on all of these was pretty consistent, and I only needed two coats for all of them. For all of my swatches, I used KBShimmer Clearly On Top in case you were wondering about the shiny goodness.
If you’re interested in picking these up, you can find them on zoya.com where they retail for $10 each. If you are reading this today, 2/4/19, you can still take advantage of the pre-order deal which is $60 and includes the whole Innocence Collection, 6 Z-wide brushes, a small bottle of Remove+ and two extra shades (Jack and Ruthie). Unfortunately the deal ends tonight at 11:59pm EST so jump on it if you’re planning to get the whole collection. Thanks so much for stopping by today, and I will talk to you soon.

Funnily enough, Theo is the only one I’d consider actually picking up. I have a soft spot for ugly polishes. I’m a bit confused as to how it fits into an “innocence” lineup, though.
I totally understand that! People still don’t let me get over my appreciation for Essie Belugaria. hahaha
I love Fern but was so hoping the shimmer was stronger!
Same here!
Aire is so beautiful and another fab collection ?
It’s definitely a lovely shade.
I loved all the colours and of course lovely swatches
Thank you, Anita!
Fern is sooooooooooooo beautiful. But what did they think of when creating Theo? It like the Vinyl floor in our busses. 😀
I can’t really explain Theo…it’s a difficult polish to say the least. The shards take it to another level and not in a good way.
Hahaha!! Omg –you captured this one perfectly in your description!! Much better than Zoya’s idea of a nighttime spring thunderstorm!!
LOL Yes, very apt description.
