Hey there! I hope your Monday is going well! I’m gearing up for a busy week, but I’m super glad that this collection came in early so I could knock out my swatches this past weekend. In fact, tracking was showing that I would get this package on Tuesday so imagine my surprise when I got it on Saturday. Sweet! The Zoya Element Collection for Fall 2018 is just the type of collection that I like. On the heels of a disappointing experience with China Glaze’s Fall Collection, I’m really satisfied with these shades. Let’s take a look at my swatches below.
Zoya Rumor
A full-coverage mauve taupe with a subtle shimmer – a perfect classic shade for Fall.
Zoya Jenna
A full-coverage dusty rose pink cream with blue undertones.
Zoya Ruthie
A full-coverage raspberry rose cream.
Zoya Maryann
A full-coverage pink-toned rose with soft glowing shimmer.
Zoya Kendra
A beautiful full-coverage marsala cream.
Zoya Alyssa
A full-coverage red-toned purple cranberry cream.
Zoya Donnie
A full-coverage purple-toned sangria cream.
Zoya Maeve
A full-coverage concord grape cream.
Zoya Rachel
A full-coverage mulberry berry cream.
Zoya Leighton
A deeply saturated blackened aubergine cream.
Zoya Devin
A steel blue with hints of multicolored shimmer in a dense foil finish.
Zoya Gardner
A deep periwinkle with a vibrant magenta shimmer in a dense foil finish.
I know that the first thing you’re going to notice is that this collection is very heavy on the berry/red/purple tones, but I love it. The darker shades are the type of shades that I think of when it comes to Fall collections. I do think that there was a lost opportunity for a little more diversity in the shades/finishes, though, and there are a lot of light shades that seem more fitting in a Spring collection. If you are a polish collector, you may have many similar shades so you can be selective in your purchasing. This is a very creme finish heavy collection so it may not be for everybody. The formula on all of the shades was very nice–all shades required 2 coats for my swatches and they covered nicely. While this collection is not unique by any stretch of the imagination, the dependable Zoya quality is there.
For a limited time as a pre-order special, you can purchase both samplers for the price of 1 and it will include free shipping. Click here to take advantage of this special. Berries are my favorite. I wish Zoya would push it farther.

I’m pretty pleased with the collection color wise. Its nice to have a fall collection that isn’t super orange and reds, so this is nice!
Once I saw these in person, I was bummed with the color spectrum. I feel like so many are dupes from their collections. Lovely swatches!
I have to admit that I’m not super impressed with this collection since the colors are all so similar. But, I might still end up ordering Alyssa and Maeve because those are pretty!

Maeve is really pretty, but how do you pronounce it?
You sure did get these swatched fast! I was very surprised this leaned so pink/red heavy, especially after the summer collection was the same way.

Love how creamy these are and simply need Devin ♡
Beautiful swatches, gardner and devin are my favorites. Is this a monochrome collection? There are some pretty purple choices in there.
Donnie is the only one that I’m really liking, the others are kind of boring. Thanks for your great review!

I really love these colors and the shimmers have a nice mix of different micas in them!
