I don’t know about you, but I remember that as a kid, one of my greatest joys was opening up a brand new box of crayons. Crayola was always my brand of choice, and I would beg my mom to get me the biggest box they had. As silly as it may sound, I would refrain from even using my crayons because I did not want them to lose their point. Seems like not much has changed since currently I don’t use some polishes because I don’t want to “run out.” I am always excited to see new shades of Sally Hansen Crayola polishes and today I have three of them to share with you. Color authorities Sally Hansen and Crayola are releasing their second collection after the wildly successful launch of the Back-to-School line up that hit shelves for the first time this past July. With major buzz throughout the US and Canada, nearly 195 million online impressions generated and counting, the latest #INSTADRIxCRAYOLA collection, Spring Fling, launched in April 2018. The six limited edition pastel shades are the perfect transition into the warmer months. 

The Sally Hansen and Crayola collaboration brings the ultimate feeling of nostalgia to the woman on the go. Those who once enjoyed the care-free pastime of coloring, can now enjoy that same sense of colorful creativity when painting her nails. With the Spring Fling collection, she is able to turn her tips into a spring-ready mani or pedi in just 10 minutes.  

Sally Hansen Insta-Dri® nail color which relaunched in January 2018 has an upgraded look and formula. With one coat, one stroke, a dry time of 60 seconds, and now with extended wear, there is no time wasted for the woman on the go. The bottle’s new color-matched caps are adorned with the black serpentine wave decoration inspired by the Crayola crayon label design- you’ll be able to spot these a mile away! From a pretty pastel purple to a serene blue, here are the 6 new, specially designed shades inspired by the Crayola crayon colors we all know and love.

I enjoyed these three shades, and they really are perfect pastels with a nice formula. Personally, I have rarely found that the Insta-Dri formula is good at one coat as they claim. I always end up needing two coats for a good and even result. One of the things that I like a lot about this line is that the brush is nice and big and helps me get a good cuticle line without too much effort. Did you pick up any of these shades?
