As you may have noticed, I have been stamping a lot lately. Stamping really is my first nail art love, so I’m happy to be trying new things. Last month I purchased the Lantern & Wren Clear Jelly Stamper from Polish Pick Up so I have very excited to finally get it. I am such a creature of habit that I still use my old Konad stampers, but a couple of months ago I decided to try a clear stamper. The Pueen stamper that I bought was a little hit and miss, so I wanted to try a different clear stamper to see if I could get better results. Let’s continue below so I can tell you what I thought of the Lantern & Wren Clear Jelly Stamper.
First of all, I want to mention that this is a huge stamper. Compared to my Pueen stamper, the head is huge. It is also very sturdy and just feels like it’s of great quality. I don’t want this to be a head to head comparison because the Lantern & Wren stamper is close to twice the price so the comparison isn’t really fair. The holder is not made of cheap feeling plastic which is good because I did get a little acetone on it and the finish was not ruined. I will caution you to keep acetone away from the stamper head because it will most likely affect it. Also be careful not to get acetone on the clear bottom or else your window to see the pattern on the nail may be clouded. I did some test stamping with various polishes to show you how well it picks up images.
Overall, I am extremely pleased with this stamper. I did not have to to any priming and it worked perfectly right off the bat. It is so incredibly squishy and sticky that I had zero problems picking up any image with any polish that I tried. If you’re interested in purchasing this, it is available here for $10.99. Do you have a favorite stamper? I’m curious to hear about the different types of stampers out there. Thanks so much for stopping by today, and I will talk to you soon!

Okay maybe I will give this a shot. I’m seriously all thumbs when it comes to stamping, even though I keep trying.

It looks like such a good stamper ! Loved how clear the images are. I only got into squishy stampers 3 weeks ago … before that I used an old Born Pretty Store one …. and now I need every squishy clear stamper.
