Happy Halloween! Do you have any Halloween plans? I feel like I definitely stopped caring about Halloween in my early teens when I stopped going out trick-or-treating, but since I have two young nephews I may be dragged into their excitement. They are both dressing up as TMNT which isn’t surprising considering how much they love the movies, cartoons and toys. Today I have Colors by Llarowe Emerald Illusion to share with you so let’s take a look at my swatches.
Colors by Llarowe Emerald Illusion is described as a vivid teal jelly base multichrome that shifts from teal to deep blue to emerald green, with emerald green shimmer. This polish is such a chameleon because the shift you see will change depending on the lighting and the angle. It’s one of those polishes that takes your breath away when you see it in all its glory. I had a great experience with the formula since I only needed 2 coats for full opacity. The formula was easy to control so I had no problems with applying it and it thankfully was not thin and did not flood my cuticles. I bought my bottle at color4nails.com but it looks like it’s no longer available there. If you do want to get your hands on this lovely shade, it can still be found at llarowe.com where it is available for $11. So what do you think of this polish?
