Today I have two shades from the Pomegranate Nail Lacquer Royal Fairy Tale Collection to share with you. I wasn’t planning on doing any swatching until I got a little more length to my nails, but I just need to get over it and accept my nubs! This is actually my first experience with Pomegranate polishes, and I have to say that I am incredibly pleased with the quality. Before I get too much into it, let me show you the 2 shades I have: Rose Garden Romance and Prince Charmer.
Rose Garden Romance is one of those amazing reds that I can’t get enough of. It is so incredibly pigmented and bright that my camera wanted to freak out on me. In fact, this color is ALMOST a neon. You could get away with one coat if you’re careful, but I applied two thin coats.
Prince Charmer…ahhh, you’ve stolen my heart. I am in love with delicate shades like this one especially because it’s such a beautiful greyed lavender creme. The first coat seemed somewhat sheer, but the color builds up nicely. I applied 3 thin coats here.
I am so happy to have gotten the opportunity to try out this new-to-me brand. Unfortunately, now I have yet another brand to drool over–my wallet is weeping! What about you? Have you tried Pomegranate Nail Lacquer? Will you be picking up any of the shades from the new Royal Fairy Tale Collection?

I love both of those shades especially how juicy and vibrant rose garden romance looks. I use to hate reds before I blogged, but now I’ve warmed up to most of them, but I still tend to stay away from them simply because they are so impossible for me to photograph, I can never get the color accurate and it gives me lobster claws *sigh*. I’ll admire it from far away.

You are right–it’s so juicy! I love it. I think that I must have a million Prince Charmer look-alikes and I still love this. What is my problem? lol

What I love about these two is that as different as these cremes are in terms of tone, they both so perfectly sum up spring!

I love that grayed lavender! Of course, I have about three shades like this already… I know what I like apparently!
I have to say that while your nails are shorter than you are used to, they do look gorgeous! From looking at millions of swatches online I can safely say, no matter your nail shape or length, if taken care of and manicured they will be beautiful 🙂
Thank you! I agree with you that nails of any length can be beautiful as long as you take care of them. I am so used to a certain length that it’s hard for me to get used to shorter/rounder nails. I am convinced that squoval is my ideal nail shape. 🙂 I am the same when it comes to these smoky grey lavender polishes–I can’t seem to get enough!

Those are gorgeous! I should try Pomegranate sometime. Btw, I am so jealous 🙂 You pulled the bright red-almost orange shade off very well.

I LOVED all of the colors you posted when you first bought all of these Pomegranate polishes, happy to see them in swatches now! I’d love to see the rest of them as well – especially that greenish glittery one.

Oh, I don’t have all of them. The first post was a press release from Pomegranate Lacquer. I only have these two that they sent me for review, but I will be purchasing a few other colors and will be happy to swatch them for you. 🙂
