Bee’s Knees Lacquer My Little Pony Collection

How’s your August going so far? We are more than halfway through the month and then we move into September and Fall is right around the corner. I love the Fall the most, but I know that in California we don’t get much of a relief when it comes to the heat. Even though it was super toasty these past few weeks, I managed to get some swatching done. Today I have the Bee’s Knees Lacquer My Little Pony Collection to share with you. This collection is exclusive to Color4Nails so keep on reading for swatches and details!

Bee’s Knees Lacquer Twilight Sparkle

This collection is so sweet and fun which goes perfectly with the inspiration. I feel like I grew up watching My Little Pony Cartoons as a kid, so I have a soft spot in my heart for anything MLP. I’ll be the first on to say that I don’t like visible nail line, so I do want to tell you that if you want to wear these on their own, you will need multiple coats. The formula is actually pretty nice and fluid–it’s not runny and has nice self-leveling qualities. For my swatches, I applied 3 coats of each polish and used 1 coat of quick dry top coat. I recently got a chance to play with these polishes a bit more and they look really great layered over black and over white. I have also seen that they watermarble nicely. I would have loved to watermarble them for this post, but I can’t get anything to work right now due to the heat in my apartment. If you must know, my absolute favorite shade is Twilight Sparkle because it has the most visible contrast, but they are all so pretty and delicate!

Now, if you are interested in purchasing these beauties, you will have the opportunity to do so from 8/20/18 to 8/31/2018 when they will be available for pre-order. Each polish will retail for $12.00. This collection is exclusive to Color4Nails so don’t forget to head on over to color4nails.com to get any and all of these pretties. Thanks so much for stopping by today, and I will talk to you soon!

  1. Pinkie Pie is my favourite, though they are all very pretty. I need the summer to last longer! We don’t get enough here in the UK x
