Today I have another gorgeous collection to share with you, but before I get into all the swatches and whatnot, I was thinking about how it’s almost mid-January and my 8th year blogging anniversary came and went without a peep from me on my blog. Can you believe I’ve been at this for 8 years?! I know that every year I toy with the idea of closing down my blog, but it seems that this year I have decided to get back on track and revive this little hobby. I am not going to put pressure on myself and agonize when I don’t post as often as I think I should. I’m going to put the love back into actually writing–even though I feel like people just don’t want to read blogs anymore. Isn’t that sad? Anyway, I’ll talk more about my future blog plans another day. Now, let’s get on with the show and let’s take a look at my swatches of the A-England Tales From The Tower Collection.
Crown Jewels
If The Ravens Leave The Tower
Koh-i-noor
Lady Jane Grey
Ravenmaster
The Princes In The Tower
Tower Of London
Yeoman Warder
Yes, this collection is stunning! I have nothing bad to say about any of these polishes. The formula on all of them is top notch and they were so easy to apply. I did not top coat any of them so you can see the satin finish they dry to. I applied 2 coats for all of my swatches and they did not need more than that.
If you are interested in purchasing any of the polishes from the A-England Tales From The Tower Collection, you can head on over to Color4Nails where they are in stock and retail for $12 each. Let me know what you think of this collection in the comments below. Thanks so much for stopping by today, and I will talk to you soon.

I love your blog! Keep going and enjoying it. I think that’s the most important thing for you, to enjoy it. I admire bloggers for sticking at it. 8 years is an amazing achievement 😉
Thank you so much, Lin. Your encouragement means a lot to me. 🙂
This is an amazing set <3 a-England is the only brand that I own all the polishes apart from Sparks Divine version 2, I got the first version when it came out! I will hunt down version 2 at some point!
8 years is fab, well done. I have been blogging since mid 2011. Had a break from 2017 until Aug 2019 due to baby, but glad to be back blogging again! Don't think I will give up unless something drastic happens!
It is a beautiful and classy brand. Glad to hear that you’re also back at it. I think it’s great to have a hobby to enjoy.
We basically wrote the same thing—no one reads anymore. I’m also going to hit myself eighth blogging anniversary.
Love Yeoman Wander. It’s a beautiful red!
I do love that red as well. 🙂
As far as blogging is concerned, I think we just have to roll with it until it stops being fun. Congrats on reaching that milestone!

Blogging was definitely a hype for a while, and I think the hype is over. Too bad, but nothing you can do about it. Just try to enjoy it as much as possible!
That being said; thank you for this blogpost, I enjoyed reading it 😉

I hope that the hype comes back for my sake! lol I do agree that there was like a golden age of blogging and things have definitely shifted. I’m glad you enjoyed this post. 🙂
I still love reading blogs and I’ve been reading yours for years! 8 is great!
a-england is so classy and the formulas are always fantastical. I do feel like these are twists on others from her collection, but damn they’re still gorgeous.
Thank you for your support. You know, i do agree with you about these being similar to other shades.
I have been reading your blog for a few years, and really enjoy it. Your nails are so pretty, and what you write is important to me.
All good things to you.
<3 You made me tear up. Thank you so much for your words.
Should I treat myself so some of these?
Lady Jane Grey is so beautiful
