Because of the positive response to my first giveaway, I decided to hunt down another set of polishes for a second giveaway. It was way harder this time because most of the CVS stores I went to had just a couple of colors left. Thankfully, I did get a complete set! Since I decided to make my first giveaway US only, I am opening this up to US and Canada residents.
