I’ve been catching up on my TV shows this afternoon which includes mostly cooking competition shows, and now I want eggs benedict for dinner really badly. I get the most random cravings sometimes, but I just did not want to go through the heartache of trying to make my own hollandaise and have it blow up in my face. For someone who hates birds so much, I sure do love eggs. So what did I end up eating instead? I ate a chocolate pudding pop. Oh man, I love those things. While I ate it, I was thinking of one of my favorite episodes of Roseanne ever.
“It’s just me and my ganja.” OMG…I nearly died when she said that. Roseanne really is one of my favorite shows ever…I even forgave them when the show jumped the shark. Wasn’t the ending like a punch in the gut? Anyway this is a nail polish blog, right? I better start moving along and show you the star of today’s post: Ninja Polish Mystic Glacier.
No, your eyes are not fooling you: Ninja Polish Mystic Glacier really is THAT spectacular. I don’t even have the words to describe how beautiful this polish is. It’s steel-y, arctic, vibrant and just plain jaw-dropping gorgeous. The formula did feel a little thin so I had to apply 3 thickish coats to make sure that I had full coverage. When a polish is this gorgeous, you don’t mind applying 3 coats. Mystic Glacier dries kind of satiny so I think a glossy topcoat is a must.
It looks like Mystic Glacier is currently out of stock over at Ninja Polish so make sure that you sign up for an email notification of when it comes back in stock if you are interested in getting this. One day I was randomly looking at all the beautiful polishes and I noticed that Mystic Glacier was in stock so I jumped right on it. I’m just lucky that way! I was craving eggs Benedict last week and I had them, yum! Very cute polish and I will do exactly as you say “lucky that way” and sign up for email notification.
Oh my goodness this polish is gorgeous!!! I’m glad it’s out of stock so I will not be tempted to by it.
I’m about to type up my MG post too! We could have been twins. 😉 And by “about to” I mean “tomorrow while I’m procrastinating before getting laundry done.” I love this polish and I find it so weird!! Like its that deep blue w the shimmer, then the blue turns to Caribbean Sea turquoise, then the shimmer is greenish and the polish is practically emerald. It’s just pretty dang fantastic under all light sources. I think it should be a requirement to wear it for at least 2 days to get all the different looks of it in different lights. 🙂 Also- I can not mention this post to Daniel because he LOVES eggs Benedict and I hardly ever make them for him (everything has to be done w such precision timing I just loathe trying to put them together). They are quite delicious although very rich w all the eggs and egg parts.

Chocolate pudding pops are amazing. So are Eggs Benedict, but I would not attempt them on my own, haha. I eat that really rarely…I better stop thinking about it or else I will want some!
I gotta use my Mystic Glacier. man! I have it up in the front of my untrieds and sometimes the light hits it and it is just mesmerizing. I am wondering whether I should layer it over something, but maybe I’ll just try it on its own for the first go-round…
