It was sooooo gloomy yesterday. It was the perfect example of California June gloom, and it just put me in a sour mood. While I don’t necessarily care for hot weather, I do enjoy a little sun. It’s actually been pretty cool (especially at night) which I don’t necessarily mind, but I’m scared of how hot this Summer might end up being. This is the perfect “stay home and watch HBO Max all day” weather and that’s exactly what I did once I was done with work. How was your weekend? I didn’t do much except clean, watch some tv/movies and prepare for the coming week. Have I ever mentioned how much I like to do laundry? I must be a total weirdo but I really enjoy folding laundry and organizing my dresser drawers and closet. I also took out a lot of my polishes an ended up organizing them by brand. About a year ago, I promised myself that I would only allow myself to keep 1 melmer full of polish and now I am close to two full melmers. I failed, but there there are just so many pretty polishes! You know what? The weather has been absolutely gorgeous here and that seems to brighten my mood as well. It’s not hot and it’s not cold. It’s sunny and a bit windy. I love getting out for a walk when the weather is this nice. My work week has been pretty nice so far and I hope that it stays that way.
