Tonic Tracks In The Snow

Well, look at me posting 2 days in a row! To be honest, I have a lot (A LOT) of swatches done that I just never got around to posting because I was too damn lazy to write up a post. Since I want to start doing more stamping and fun nail art besides just straight swatching, I want to clear out my archives and start fresh. Today I have a gorgeous polish that I bought a few months ago: Tonic Tracks In The Snow which was a group custom for the Shimmahs group on Facebook. If you haven’t joined, click here to join and get access to gorgeous custom polishes from some of the best indie brands out there! Tonic Tracks In The Snow is a gorgeous polish so let me show you some swatches.

Lookit that shimmmmaaaahhhh! I adore this polish and was so happy to be able to get my hands on it. I didn’t make any notes about a problematic formula so it must have been nice. I did note that I applied 3 thin coats. I have to admit that I wasn’t a total Tonic-aholic until late last year so I feel like I missed out on a lot of gorgeous polishes that were put out early on. Although I have put myself on a very strict budget when it comes to luxuries which, if we are honest, polish is, I still manage to budget some extra money for a few polishes here and here. I definitely save my pennies for a Tonic or two from each restock. If you like shimmer polishes, I definitely recommend that you join the Shimmahs group because you get tons of recommendations from the ladies in the group. As far as this polish is concerned, you won’t be able to purchase it from Tonic anymore because it was available for a limited time and only to group members. You might be able to get this in a detash so keep your eyes open if you’re interested. I paid $10 (plus shipping) for mine.

Let me know what you think of this beauty. Do you have a Tonic boner like so many of the ladies in the indie polish world? Thanks so much for stopping by today, and I will talk to you soon.
