Seche Coral

Oh emm geee…it is so hot today. When I walked out of the office today, it literally felt like I had walked into another circle of hell–my job being one of those circles, of course.  I am pretty darn miserable right now because of the heat so I figured I’d share a super bright and summery polish with all of you. Despite the fact that I say that the formula on these Seche polishes is a little tricky, I get lured by their sweet siren song. The last time that I wore a Seche polish, I seriously got so many compliments about it that I could barely believe it. I guess there is something about Snapdragon that really pops against my skin tone. In fact, every time I wear hot pink anything, people notice it right away. Well, Seche Coral is another winner from the Seche polish line.

Gorgeous, right? Seche Coral is such a fiery summer shade that I totally see this as a pedicure color all summer long. I can’t complain about the formula on this polish because it was fan-freaking-tastic.  It was so incredibly creamy and smooth that I was actually shocked because normally I tend to find Seche polishes a little finicky. I applied 3 very thin coats here but I could have gotten away with two regular coats. If you can’t tell yet, I absolutely love this color!!!!!!

Well, I don’t want to sound like a broken record, but I’ve had a few more people alert me to ebay sellers stealing my swatch pictures for various collections:

Example 4

Are these people for real? It just feel like this has gotten out of control lately and I can’t even figure out how to report this to ebay. Ugh, these fucktards are really getting to me because doing all these swatches is really hard work. Oh well. I guess it comes with the territory of nail blogging so I’ll just have to get over it. What else can I do?

I hope that the weather is a little more bearable where you’re at. As for me, I’m going to go take a cold shower and just hope that it’s not disgustingly hot tonight so I can actually sleep comfortably. Right now it doesn’t matter that I live so close to the beach–it’s still too hot! Thanks so much for stopping by today, and I will talk to you soon!

  1. Ugh it’s been that kind of hot and muggy here where you just can’t sleep but now today it’s windier than Kansas and cool so go figure. I like the warmth but not in my house and since I don’t have AC… I’m screwed. This polish is super bright and pretty! If I see them around I’ll be picking one up cuz I’d like to try them. Although I guess since I’m not using SV maybe I should wait for these till I can use it again. I’m having withdrawls!!! (Withdrawals? Turns out I don’t know my addict-speak) Sorry about all the theft, I haven’t seen mine stolen by companies, but I don’t do huge swatch fests of entire collections. I only notice mine on IG which is terrible annoying but more understanding than companies! 🙁

    1. I don’t have AC either which makes me want to jump out the window. But in all honesty, we don’t really need AC where I live since we get a pretty good ocean breeze. There are many a handful of days during the summer where AC would be great, but meh…I just hate the summer all-around as you already know. I don’t even have IG and my nails are on there too. Oh well…I guess we just have to suck it up, huh?

  2. That polish looks fantastic! I love coral for the summer.

Sorry about the eBay swatch stealers! If you really can’t do anything about it, at least you can feel complimented that they liked your swatch enough to use it!

    1. Yes, it is perfect for this hot crazy weather.

I was joking about that earlier….that at least they think my swatches are nice enough to steal. 😉

  3. Love this coral!
You can report these ebayers–There should be a “Report Item” link right near the top of the listing, which you can report them for stealing your images and not showing their actual product (you probably have to be a member). It’s to the far right of the Description and Shipping tabs. Good luck! I use ebay but I only buy from sellers who take their own pictures, so I’m trying to do my part 🙂

    1. I was looking into that today and I got so confused that I just gave up. Maybe on my next day off I’ll spend some time looking into that. It is so annoying but I guess it just happens all the time so I should just learn that it’s going to happen no matter what.

  4. This color is absolute gorgeous!! Sorry to hear about your mishap but try using a watermark big enough that it can’t be shopped out if your pics. I hope your day gets better and I hope they get reported because I can imagine the hard work you put into your swatches (PERFECTION)!

    1. I should put the watermark across my whole nails. hahaha Actually, I still see picture thiefs using pictures with huge watermarks so I am just going to give up on watermarking. It’s kind of a pain and I don’t think it really discourages them from using picture that don’t belong to them. Thank you so much for your kind words–means a lot to me!

    1. Yes, I love it too! Well, my cousin told me that my nails are famous now so I’ll just roll with the jokes. 🙂 It does suck but I guess it just comes with the territory.

  5. I’m really going to hunt that color down…Gorgeous!

Would watermarking your swatches help with their theft?

    1. I know you’ll love it. It’s so creamy and gorgeous.

I used to watermark all the time but I stopped because my pics were still being stolen. I kind of hate watermarking, though…just because I think it ruins the pictures so I guess I need to stop complaining if I’m not going to watermark. 😉

  6. This color is stunning! I think I might have to pick this one up, though I don’t know how it will look on my pale skin :p Maybe I’ll get ahold of it and find out though
