So Halloween is in a couple of days…do you have any Halloween plans? I am pretty much over Halloween and am not planning on dressing up or doing anything. Not too many kids come around my neighborhood for candy so I know that if I buy any, I will end up eating it all myself–so I won’t be buying any too much. What is your favorite candy? Not long ago I posted on Instagram regarding controversial candy such as Circus Peanuts, Candy Corn and Bit O’Honey because I wanted to know if you liked them or not. How do you feel about these three candies? Anyway, enough about candy! Today I have Pepper Pot Polish Why So Grimm? to share with you. Let’s take a look at my swatches below.
As you know, the theme this month is Fairy Tales so this polish is inspired by Grimm’s Fairy Tales. This is a deep chocolate blackened brown, with blue aurora shimmer, gold flakes and scattered holo. The formula was nice to work with: the first coat seemed a little on the thin side but it built up nicely and I only needed two coats.
If you are interested in this polish, it will be available Friday 11/1/19 through 11/4/19 and will retail for $11 with the following caps: US-80 and UK-10.

Polish Pickup is a monthly shop that allows you to purchase from a variety of makers for a flat $3 shipping rate. The theme/inspiration is chosen a month in advance and makers will give previews of their creations in the Polish Pickup Pack Facebook group, so don’t forget to join. The shop is open every first Friday-Monday of the month and then the site is closed while orders are filled/shipped. Be aware that shipping can take about 3 weeks so be patient.
