I have a few polishes I CANNOT miss out on for March, so I’m working out, carb loading and doing finger stretches so I can Hunger Game that ish. I am really mad at myself for missing out on previous polishes because I wasn’t prepared, but there’s not much I can do about it now. Today I have KBShimmer’s contribution to PPU for March 2018: KBShimmer If You Want My Bodice. Let me show you some swatches below.
If You Want My Bodice is described as “a shifty polish [that] starts with a blend of multichrome pigments that in indirect light, help this polish travel from a cool minty teal to a deep lavender. Flecks of unicorn flakes shift in a rainbow of colors that dance among the colorful base. In brighter light, micro holo flakes sparkle, while deeper hues of magenta and blue come out to play. ” The theme for March is books and this is inspired by the cover of a “bodice ripper” romance novel. This is such a complex and beautiful polish! The formula was good: you can get away with 2 regular coats or 3 thinner coats. I really like the shifty nature of this polish and the addition of the flakes really kicks it up a notch. Now for purchase details:

Hi Cynthia — I’ve been seeing this particular polish all over social media and it’s been growing on me. Your swatches and description are what tipped the scale for me and now I am subscribed to Polish Pickup!! I bought this shade, some cuticle oil, and some cuticle “crelly”. There are really some cute and useful items in Polish Pickup, and I can’t get over the reasonable prices and only $3 shipping. I even broke my no-buy of the past several months for this polish!! It looks wearable in any season, too, which I love. I already own quite a few KBShimmer polishes and other products — they’re all wonderful quality but in order to get THIS shade, I had to join PPU!! I’m so glad I did!! Thanks for the inspiration!!
How exciting! I really like PPU and it’s run so smoothly (I think). I have a hard time waiting for the shipping, but I am like that no matter what because I want my products right away. This polish is really shifty and pretty and I would have 100% purchased it if I hadn’t received a sample. I managed to only purchase 3 products, one of them being a clear stamper. I want to get back into stamping so much and I want a clear stamper that actually works. I hope you enjoy PPU!
