Illyrian Narrow Sea

I think that I have mentioned before that my favorite thing about Polish Pick Up is that I am exposed to tons of brands that I don’t normally purchase from. Now that I have imposed a budget on myself to help me curb out of control make up and polish spending, I have to be very picky when it comes to my purchases. Last month I bought a few items and one of them was this gorgeous polish: Illyrian Narrow Sea. Let me show you some swatches and stamping below!

Wow! Just wow! Isn’t this polish incredibly shifty and complex? I’ll be honest in admitting that this is the first time that I have ever tried out the brand Illyrian, and I am definitely impressed. I have heard great things about the quality of the polish, and this was a great one. I think that the only thing that I have heard that would make me think twice is the long TAT. I will admit that I get very impatient when shipping takes forever and a day but I will deal with it if it’s clearly communicated and the polish is gorgeous. The formula on this baby was good–easy to control and opaque at two coats.

I don’t really know what this stamping image is supposed to be, but it looked a little nautical too me like bubbles and seaweed or something like that…what do you see? Anyway, I was very happy with this purchase and can see myself purchasing more Illyrians in the future. May PPU is just a couple of weeks away so make sure to check them out so you don’t miss any beauties. Thanks so much for stopping by today, and I will talk to you soon!

  1. That’s what I am loving about being a new member of Polish Pickup — the truly unique, one-of-a-kind polishes to be found there! I love mainstream brands of course… but the indie companies make the gems I can’t live without.
