Colors by Llarowe This Side Of Heaven

Isn’t it crazy that August is upon on? It’s been heating up here so I’m not looking forward to the next couple of months. This week has gone by rather quickly and I’m so glad that it’s the weekend. Later this month, my nephew is starting pre-k so I’m trying to plan something fun for him before he starts school. I don’t know if I should take him to an amusement park or something else.  Today I have a polish to share with you that I bought a while ago but hadn’t gotten a chance to swatch. Colors by Llarowe This Side of Heaven is part of the Let’s Head To The Beach Collection that featured a few UP polishes. Let’s check out some swatches below.

I am soooo happy that I ended up picking up most of this collection. This polish is described as having a “turquoise jelly base with original UP pigment and Aurora pigment that shifts red to gold to green.”  As with the other UP polishes in this collection, the jelly base requires multiple coats if you want to approach a more opaque result. I ended up applying 2 regular coats and 1 third thicker coat and could still see a little VNL. I don’t mind the slight visible nail line because this polish is so stunning. The base color is so gorgeous and the shimmer from the UP/Aurora pigments just makes it glow. Let me know what you think about this polish. If you’re interested in purchasing it, you can find it at color4nails.com for $14 which is where I purchased my bottle. Thanks so much for stopping by today, and I will talk to you soon.
