Blog Sale Update

Hi everyone! So for the last 3 hours, I have been trying to store all of my polish and I am horrified that I have once again outgrown 5 melmers. I really can’t keep all this stuff, but I’m having a hard time figuring out what to do with it. There are some polishes that I know I probably won’t be able to sell since they are drugstore polishes and with shipping costs and such, it probably doesn’t make much sense to buy them off a blog sale. However, I do have a lot of Essie, Julep, China Glaze that I just don’t have room for. I have lowered the prices on a lot of things as you can see in my blog sale page. Excluding some of the newer stuff or specialty stuff, most of the Essies are $2.50 and China Glaze/Nubar are $2. I also have Zoyas for $3. I really do want to sell this stuff off so take a look and see if there is anything you’d like. All of the polishes I am putting up for sale have been purchased by me.

Alternatively…what can we do with unwanted nail polish? Can it be donated? Where can it be taken so it can be properly disposed of? GHAAAAAAAAAAAAA! Help!

If you are interested in anything, please email me at this new email address: blogsale (at) att dot net

My normal email address is kind of a mess right now, and I know things were sent to spam that shouldn’t have and I just need to really clean it out so I want to make sure that I get your emails if you want to make a purchase.

Thanks!

  1. I’m not sure where it can be donated, but I know that Zoya does their Earth Day promo (in April) and I think you can send up to 24 bottles to them that way.

  2. Have you thought of doing “grab bags” in your blog sales? I know that I love things like that. Tossing in 4-5 bottles of the polishes you don’t want to list on your blog sale would be a good way to quickly de-stash them.

  3. I’ve been donating my unwanted polish, but I’ve been wondering if there’s anything else I can do with it, too. I was even thinking about trying to start a traveling box that people could take out / put in and send it on to the next person. I know a polish lover would probably want some of the ones that didn’t work for me, but I don’t have any friends who are into polish, so I don’t really know how to go about it… But I’d be happy to send you the donation address of the charity to which I send mine if you’re interested. I’ll definitely be following this thread for more ideas! 🙂
